At the start of the book Bod's family got kill all except him. He escaped he was in the graveyard at the time and so was a lady named Miss Owen's and they toke him home. He lived in the graveyard and he can see and hear ghosts he had a gift. He started to grow up he met and girl her name was Scarlett. They where friends thought out the book.Near the end he got a kiss by the girl he liked.I do not want give to much away so a read it yourself. One of the themes I found going thought out the book was revenge when the man jacks wanted to kill Bod.

I thought this book was a little boring but it started to get interesting. I think that this book is more pointed a girls but if boys want to read it they can. Some points it is more for boys. I am going to rate this book a 6 out of 10 it is not my favourite book I have read.
