At the start of this book Greg has got summer holidays and he plans to spend that time playing video games. Greg isn't a sporty person, so when summer holidays comes he spends his time playing Twisted Wizard. Greg's Dad doesn't like Greg playing video games so Greg's Dad tries to make Greg to play a sport. Greg's Dad still has to go to work in the summer holidays so when he's gone Greg plays video games all day and then turns it off just before his Dad walks through the front door. Greg runs through the sprinkler to make it look like he is sweating and has been playing sports all day. Rowley's family belongs to a country club and Greg got invited to go there with them. Greg said yes but not to hang out with his best friend but to hang out with this girl named Holly Hills.
I recommend this book to people humourous stories.
