Danny the champion of the world.  

At the start of the book Danny worked with his dad in a tiny shed fixing cars one night Danny's Dad  

told Danny that he shot pheasants for fun when he was younger the night after he told Danny that he shot pheasants he went to a forest and shot some but while he was out there he fell in to a great big hole and waited for the morning to see what had happen but Danny drove his Dads car to the forest to see where he was he found him in the hole and lifted him out with a rope the next day Danny caled the doctor to come to cheek Danny's Dads leg and he found out it was broken then when he thought that nothing could possibly be any worse a fat man that owned the forest came and started to yell but Danny's Dad just told him how do you know it was me and he drove off in a big grump. 

I give this book a 9/10.
