Zero Sugar
This book is called Zero Sugar and in this book it tells you all about the sugars you should and should not consume. I learned that men should not have more than 9 tsp, woman 6 tsp and kids 4 tsp of sugar every day, natural sugars are best but still need to be limited. Too much sugar can cause diabetes and for you to get over wait. I also learned that you should try to stay away or have little amounts of dried fruit because it may sound good but it has lots of sugar.
