The main charters are the main girl in the book who has no name Philip and William Gregg and Mr and Mrs Gregg.This book is that the girl has this finger that can do stuff to people if she gets anger with them.Like when she turned her teacher Miss Winter in to a cat because she spelt the word cat incorrect.She got mad because the Greggs shot a deer and also were shoting birds and she got anger and turnd their whole family into ducks so they know how it was felt to get shot and if you have read the book you know how it ends but if you have not read the book I hope you go and read it.
I think this book is aimed at both genders it is a really good book by Roald Dahl and I really like this book a lot and I would read it again.I think that I am going to rate is book a 7 out of 10 cause it is short and funny and just plain cool in general.
