Ben's 16th bookNims island
At the start of the book Nim and her Dad were all alone on a small island. To them it was paradise they did heaps of experiments one day her dad jumped on a sail boat and sailed away he told Nim that he would be back in two days but there was a storm and it broke his sail and his rudder so he wrote a letter to Nim saying that he would be back in 4 days Nim read this and then emailed Alex rover who was a writer she (Nim thought she was a guy) found out that Nim was alone on a island that no one knew about except Alex Nim and Jack (Nims Dad)
Alex didn't like that Nim was alone and came to the island 2 days after Alex arrived Jack then arrived but Alex didn't leave she stayed because she loved it so much.
